Career Development Center at the Faculty of Commerce won the Government Excellence Award among the top ten centers out of 110 centers among the Egyptian universities. The ceremony for Government Excellence in its second edition for the year 2020 was held at the Presidential Palace of the Dome, under the patronage of the President, and in the presence of Eng. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, Dr. Hala El Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, and a number of ministers and guests of honor United Arab Emirates.
Prof. Ashraf Abdel Basit confirmed that these awards are the product of group efforts over years of excellence. The university has worked to qualify and train employees and various departments to participate in this competition. It has trained and qualified 180 faculty members and administrative staff to achieve excellence and spread a culture of creativity among different sectors.
